The Website is operated by Grizzly Ranch Golf Club (“Grizzly Ranch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

If Website information conflicts with the terms presented during a reservation, purchase, membership enrollment, event agreement, or other transaction, the transaction-specific terms will control.

3. Tee Times and Reservations

Tee-time bookings and certain other reservations may be processed through a third-party booking platform.

Reservations are subject to:

• Availability

• Applicable rates, taxes, and fees

• Cancellation and no-show policies

• Player eligibility or group-size requirements

• Course rules and dress requirements

• Weather, maintenance, safety, and course conditions

• Any additional terms presented during booking

You are responsible for reviewing the complete price and applicable policies before confirming a reservation.

Grizzly Ranch may modify, suspend, relocate, or cancel tee times when reasonably necessary because of weather, course conditions, maintenance, safety concerns, emergencies, operational requirements, or circumstances outside our control. Any refund, credit, or rescheduling eligibility will be determined under the policy applicable to the reservation.

4. Purchases and Online Shop

Products displayed or linked through the Website may be offered through a separately operated online shop or third-party service.

Product availability, pricing, payment processing, shipping, returns, exchanges, warranties, and refunds are governed by the terms presented by the applicable seller or provider at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product-description errors, and other inaccuracies where legally permitted.

5. Weddings, Private Events, Dining, Real Estate, and Other Services

Information concerning weddings, private events, dining, memberships, real estate, employment, and other services is provided for general informational purposes.

Submitting a contact or inquiry form does not create a reservation, contract, employment relationship, agency relationship, or obligation to provide services.

Weddings, private events, memberships, real estate transactions, employment, and similar arrangements may require separate agreements. If these Terms conflict with a signed agreement between you and Grizzly Ranch or another applicable provider, the signed agreement will control for that transaction.

Real estate information is not an offer to sell property and should not be considered legal, financial, tax, or real estate advice.

6. Promotions and Special Offers

Promotions, discounts, contests, packages, and special offers may be subject to additional terms, including eligibility requirements, reservation windows, blackout dates, quantity limits, expiration dates, and availability restrictions.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Offers have no cash value

• Offers cannot be combined with other promotions

• Offers are subject to availability

• Offers may be modified or discontinued where legally permitted

• Taxes, gratuities, service charges, and additional fees may not be included

If promotion-specific terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion-specific terms will control.

7. Golf and Recreational Activities

Golf and other recreational activities involve inherent risks, including risks associated with uneven terrain, weather, wildlife, golf balls, golf carts, equipment, water features, natural conditions, and the actions of other guests.

Use of Grizzly Ranch facilities is subject to posted rules, staff instructions, applicable participation agreements, and all laws and regulations. Website use alone does not replace or modify any waiver, release, assumption-of-risk agreement, facility rule, or other document that may apply to onsite activities.

Guests are responsible for assessing whether they can safely participate and for following all safety instructions.

8. Communications

When you submit information through the Website, contact us electronically, or subscribe to our communications, you consent to receive communications relating to your inquiry, reservation, transaction, or subscription.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link included in the message. Unsubscribing from promotional communications will not prevent us from sending messages necessary to respond to an inquiry or administer a transaction.

Separate booking terms, purchase terms, promotion rules, waivers, event contracts, membership agreements, or other transaction-specific agreements may also apply.
